Ingredients:
1/2 Cup - Butter (1 stick or 8 TBSP)
1-1/2 Cups - Heavy cream
2 Tsp - Garlic, minced
2 Cups - Freshly grated Parmigiano Reggiano
Salt and Pepper, to taste
Preparation:
Add butter and heavy cream to a large skillet over medium low heat.
Once butter is melted, add garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Add grated cheese and stir to combine.
Cook for about 5 minutes until slightly thickened.
Serve and enjoy!
