Alfredo Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 Cup - Butter (1 stick or 8 TBSP)

  • 1-1/2 Cups - Heavy cream

  • 2 Tsp - Garlic, minced

  • 2 Cups - Freshly grated Parmigiano Reggiano

  • Salt and Pepper, to taste

Preparation:

  1. Add butter and heavy cream to a large skillet over medium low heat.

  2. Once butter is melted, add garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes.

  3. Add grated cheese and stir to combine.

  4. Cook for about 5 minutes until slightly thickened.

  5. Serve and enjoy!
