
Ingredients:
1 bunch fresh cilantro
1/2 cup light mayo
2 tbsp lime juice
6 garlic cloves
3-4 jalapeños, seeds removed
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt & pepper to taste
Preparation:
Add all ingredients into the food processor or blender.
Blend/Process for 30 seconds.
Scrape the sides but be careful of the blade.
Blend/Process for 30 seconds until smooth and well mixed.
Pour into container and place into fridge.
Enjoy on a salad or with chips!
Tips:
Regular mayo or greek yogurt would work with this recipe.
If you want to add spice, leave seeds in the jalapeño pepper.
Don’t have olive oil, use avocado oil.
