Baked Feta w/ Olives


Ingredients:

  • 1 8-oz. Block - Feta Cheese

  • 2 TBSP - Greek Seasoning

  • 1 TBSP - Rosemary (dried)

  • 3 Cloves - Garlic

  • 1/3 Cup - Olive Oil

  • 1/2 Cup - Kalamata Olives

  • 1/2 Cup - Green Olives

  • 1/2 Cup - Sundried Tomatoes, sliced into strips

Preparation:

  1. Preheat oven to 350º.

  2. Place olives and sundried tomatoes in a small baking dish.

  3. Place feta block on top.

  4. Mix together olive oil, seasonings, and garlic then pour over feta, letting it drizzle onto the olives and sundried tomatoes.

  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until feta is hot and has browned slightly.

  6. Serve and enjoy!

Tips:

  • I prefer the sundried tomatoes packed in oil although you could use the dried ones in the package. Just be sure to coat with a little extra olive oil before baking.

  • If you don't have any Greek seasoning, use a mixture of thyme, oregano, rosemary, and parsley.

  • Get the pre-packed mixed olives usually located near the specialty cheese section of your grocery store, just be sure they don't have pits!

  • Get creative! Serve with pita bread, crackers, or even our homemade naan!
