Ingredients:
4 cups of marinara sauce *see microwave marinara recipe
1lb Ziti pasta *cooked according to directions
1 cup ricotta cheese
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 egg
2 cups shredded provolone cheese
1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a small bowl, combine ricotta & egg. Set aside.
Using a greased 9 x 13 pan, place pasta and sauce and mix in pan.
Add ricotta mix and mix throughly.
Sprinkle 1 cup mozzarella, 1 cup provolone and 1/4 cup Parmesan and mix to incorporate.
Top mixture with remaining cheeses.
Place in oven for 30-45 mins or until bubbly.

Tips:
Add ons- you could add a little fresh spinach, mushrooms or any veggies would work! Just make sure you cook the veggies before you put them in the dish.
If you don’t have ziti, another small pasta would work just fine such as rotini or penne.
Not a fan of provolone, you can add more mozzarella.
If you want more of sauce, add it on the side and put 1/2 cup more to your liking.
If you would like to add protein, try shredded chicken or ground chicken or beef.
