Boneless BBQ Beef Ribs

Marinade

  • 2 1/2lbs of boneless beef ribs

  • 1 tsp black pepper

  • 1/4 cup white vinegar

  • 1/4 cup lemon juice

  • 3 tbsp honey

  • 1/4 cup olive oil

  • 1 tbsp crushed garlic

  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper


BBQ Sauce

  • 1 1/2 cups brown sugar packed

  • 1 1/2 cups ketchup

  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar

  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

  • 2 teaspoons paprika

  • 2 teaspoons onion powder

  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

  • 2 teaspoons kosher salt


  1. Combine all marinade ingredients in a mixing bowl.

  2. Place ribs in a plastic bag and pour marinade over ribs.

  3. Close bag and place in fridge for 7-10 hours.

  4. Rearrange the bag every couple hours to make sure the marinate covers all parts of the ribs.

  5. Prepare your BBQ sauce by adding all ingredients to a sauce pan on medium.

  6. As soon as sauce starts to boil, turn to low and simmer for 15 mins. Set aside.

  7. Heat up your grill on medium high.

  8. Place ribs on grill and close. Put a timer on for 5 mins.

  9. Open the grill and brush the ribs with the BBQ sauce. Don’t be shy!

  10. Close grill and cook for an additional 5 mins. The temp should be at least 145.

  11. Once ribs are up to temp, Place on clean plate and brush more BBQ sauce over the top.

  12. Enjoy with potatoes and Zucchini from the grill (See Notes)


Notes/Quick Tips:

  • You don’t have to make the BBQ sauce, you can use store bought as well.

  • To grill any veggies, you can use foil. Lay the foil sheet down and spray or drizzle oil. Place vegetable(s) on foil sheet and stick small pieces of butter throughout. Roll up foil on the top and sides before placing on the grill. (Medium heat for about 10-20 mins depending on type of veggie) *Potatoes are thicker so they will take longer to cook than zucchini.
