Ingredients:
1 Head - Cauliflower
1 Cup - Milk
¾ Cup - Whole Wheat Flour (or any other flour on hand)
1 TBSP - Garlic Powder
Cooking Spray
Buffalo Wing Sauce
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 450º and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cut cauliflower into florets.
Mix milk, flour, and garlic powder to make a batter.
Dip florets shaking off excess. Place on baking sheet.
Give a quick spray to coat tops of florets.
Bake for about 17-18 minutes.
Remove from oven and coat in wing sauce.
Return to baking sheet and continue cooking for about 5 minutes.
Serve and enjoy!
Tips:
You may need to make more batter depending on the size of the cauliflower.
Make sure to leave some space between for the batter to puff. This may require you to cook in batches.
Serve as you would regular hot wings with blue cheese, carrots, and celery sticks
Get creative! Instead of using wing sauce, make a garlic butter and parmesan cheese sauce, or add an asian flair by using teriyaki sauce. Yum!
