Buffalo Hot Wings


Ingredients:

  • 1 Lb - Chicken Wings

  • 1 Stick - Butter

  • 2/3 Cup - Hot Sauce

  • 1 TBSP - Worcheshire Sauce

  • 1 Tsp - Apple Cider Vinegar

  • 1 Tsp - Garlic Powder

  • Salt & Pepper

Preparation:

  1. Season wings with salt and pepper.

  2. Cook wings using preferred method (click here for instructions).

  3. Meanwhile, melt butter over medium heat, then add hot sauce, whisking to combine.

  4. Add Worchestire sauce, vinegar, garlic powder, and salt to taste.

  5. Toss cooked wings in sauce.

  6. Serve and enjoy!

Tips:

  • We prefer air frying wings for this recipe, but grilled or baked works well too.

  • Sauce will separate as it sits but just simply whisk or shake to recombine.

  • These wings pair perfectly with our homemade Blue Cheese Dressing.

  • Get creative! Add minced jalapeño, red pepper flakes, or cayenne pepper to kick it up a notch!
