Cake Balls

Cake Balls

-1 box of cake mix (plus items to make the cake I.e. egg, oil and water) -3/4 can of icing -6 bars of chocolate bark -6 bars of white bark

1. Make cake mix according to package. Let cool. 2. Crumble up cake then mix 3/4 can of icing together until incorporated. 3. Roll into balls (big or small whatever you prefer.) 4. Place balls on parchment paper on a pan and place in the fridge to set. (at least 1hr or overnight is best) 5. Melt white bars in double broiler (or glass bowl over boiling water) 6. Once melted, take off heat. 7. Using a fork, roll cake balls in melted bark. 8. Place back on parchment paper and top with sprinkles. 9. Continue until half your batch is done then melt the chocolate bark in the same bowl. 10. Repeat steps 5-9. 11. Place in fridge to set about 1 hour or so. 12.Enjoy!

Notes/Quick Tips: - You don’t have to use bark, you can use dark chocolate chips, chocolate chips and white chocolate chips. Bark is just a cheaper and easier option to melt. -If you don't want the chocolate bark or white bark, you can double up one of the other for your batch. -In the picture, I did devils food cake and mix some of the cake with chocolate icing and some with strawberry icing. The possibilities are endless so do whatever you like!
