Cake Pudding


  • 20oz of sock it to me cake *contains nuts

  • 4 beaten eggs

  • 2 cups of milk

  • 1/4 cup white sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • Raisins for topping

  • Whipped spiced cream cheese icing *see pumpkin angel food cake for recipe

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Spray a 9 x 13 pan and put cake pieces in pan.

  3. Top with raisins.

  4. Mix together all other ingredients (Make sure the eggs are beaten before adding the other ingredients)

  5. Pour over the top of the pan.

  6. Place in oven and cook for 45 mins or until top springs back.

  7. Let cool at least 20 mins and then drizzle with icing.


Notes/Quick Tips:

  • You can use whatever left over cake you have! You can just adjust the flavoring to whatever type of flavor you want. If you want to do a birthday cake pudding, you can add sprinkles instead of raisins and leave out the cinnamon. You can top with any icing you want.

  • This is a great alternative if you want to use left over cake or change up the cake you have and make a new dessert.
