Ingredients:
1 Cup - Water
1/2 Cup - Frozen Berries
1/2 Each - Banana
Big handful of Spinach
1 Scoop - Protein Powder
Sprinkle of Chia Seeds
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients in a high speed mixer.
Pour into a glass.
Serve and enjoy!
Tips:
This recipe is one serving but you may double it easily for two people.
If you are adding this in addition to a breakfast item, i.e., eggs and toast, half a serving is suggested.
