Chia Pudding

Cooking Cousins

Ingredients:

  • 2 Cups - Milk

  • 1/2 Cup - Chia Seeds

  • 1-2 TBSP - Maple Syrup

  • 1 Tsp - Vanilla Extract

Preparation:

  1. Whisk all ingredients together in a bowl until thoroughly combined.

  2. Place in refrigerator to firm for at least 30 minutes.

  3. Serve and enjoy!

Tips:

  • Layer with your favorite toppings, such as fresh fruit, granola, or chopped nuts into mason jars for a quick grab and go breakfast.

  • Get creative! Try different types of milk such as almond, cashew, or even strawberry milk!
