
Ingredients:
1 LB - Salmon
2 TBSP - Chipotle Peppers in Adobo Sauce
1-1/2 TBSP - Wholegrain Mustard
1 Each - Lime
1/2 Tsp - Salt
1/4 Tsp - Pepper
3 TBSP - Olive Oil
1/2 Cup - Mango Salsa
Preparation:
Combine salmon, chipotle peppers, mustard, salt and pepper in a food processor.
Add the zest of the entire lime and juice of half the lime.
Pulse until combined. Divide into 3 patties.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium high heat and cook burgers about 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
Top with mango salsa.
Serve and enjoy!
Tips:
Chipotles add quite a bit of heat so adjust the amount to your liking.
No food processor? Finely chop ingredients and mix together in a bowl.
Get creative! Use leftover burgers to top a salad of mixed greens and veggies!
