Ingredients:
1 Lb - Chicken Wings
5 Cloves - Garlic
1 Each - Onion (small)
5 Each - Oranges
3 Each - Limes
2 TBSP - Hot Sauce
1 Tsp - Cumin
1 Tsp - Lemon Pepper
1 Tsp - Garlic Powder
1/4 Cup - Olive Oil
Fresh Cilantro
Salt & Pepper
Preparation:
Mince garlic and onion and place in a bowl.
Squeeze oranges and limes into bowl.
Add hot sauce and spices with a little salt and pepper to taste.
Whisk in olive oil then stir in chopped fresh cilantro.
Place wings in a gallon ziploc bag and pour marinade over top.
Put in fridge for a minimum of two hours or overnight being sure to flip at least once halfway through sitting time to evenly coat.

Tips:
Grilled or baked works best for this recipe.
Before pouring marinade over chicken, reserve some to baste wings while cooking.
Get creative! Zest your oranges and limes and leave to dry out while cooking, then sprinkle over the top when finished.
