Ingredients:
2 lbs ground turkey, cooked
2 cans beans drained and rinsed (black beans, kidney, white beans etc.)
2 14oz cans crushed tomatoes
1 6oz can tomato paste
1 onion, diced
2 cups corn (frozen or canned)
1 green pepper, diced
2 tbsp garlic, minced
2 celery stalks, finely diced
1-2 cups beef broth (depending on how thin or thick you want it)
2 tbsp chili powder
2 tsp cumin
2 tsp paprika
2 tsp coriander
2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
Fritos, for topping
Diced green onion, for topping
Shredded cheese, for topping
Sour cream, for topping
Diced avocado, for topping
Preparation:
Add all ingredients to crockpot.
Place lid on top. Select low and cook for 6-8 hours.
Plate and top with toppings of choice.
Tips:
Try this with turkey and beef! You can even do ground chicken.
Add more beans or less beans depending on your preference.
You can eat this with rice instead of Fritos.
