Ingredients:
3 Cups - All Purpose Flour
2-¼ Tsp - Active Dry Yeast (or one .25 oz packet)
1 TBS - Sugar
1 Tsp - Salt
2 TSP - Olive Oil
1 Cup - Water, warm
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 375º.
Combine all dry ingredients in a mixing bowl.
Add olive oil and water and stir to combine.
Spread dough evenly on a baking sheet or pizza stone (*see note below).
Add your favorite toppings.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked.
Slice and enjoy!
Tips:
Add dried herbs to dough such as Italian seasoning or oregano and garlic powder.
Cut dough into smaller shapes to make personal pizzas.
Get creative! Wrap edges of dough over cheese sticks, pressing to seal, to make a stuffed crust pizza.
*Note - if using a:
Baking sheet: Brush with a little olive oil prior to spreading dough to prevent sticking
Pizza stone: Keep stone in oven while preheating to ensure a crisp crust
