Ingredients:
1/2 lb ham, chopped in pieces
2 croissants ripped into small pieces
2 green onions, diced
8 large eggs
2 cups milk
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp oregano/Italian seasoning
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large bowl, add eggs, milk and seasonings. Stir to combine making sure all eggs are mixed thoroughly. Set aside.
Grease a 9 x 13 pan with spray or butter.
Add croissant pieces on the bottom.
Then add ham pieces.
Sprinkle green onion over ham then add 1 cup cheese.
Pour egg mixture on top then add remainder cheese.
Place in oven for 45min to 1 hr or until knife comes out clean and the egg casserole is set.
Remove from oven, let cool for 5 mins then cut into pieces.
Serve with rice and Enjoy!
Tips:
Don’t have ham? Add bacon or sausage!
Vegetarian- remove ham and add another vegetable such as asparagus or broccoli.
