Ham & Egg Salad


Ingredients:

  • 3 Cups - Cooked Ham

  • 2 Each - Hardboiled Egg

  • 1/4 Cup - Diced Baby Dill Pickles

  • 1/3 Cup - Homemade Yogurt Dressing

  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Preparation:

  1. Mince ham with a knife or in a food processor.

  2. Chop eggs and place in a large mixing bowl.

  3. Add ham, diced pickles, and yogurt dressing.

  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  5. Serve and enjoy!

Tips:

  • This is a great way to use leftover ham or you can simply buy a ham steak.

  • You can substitute mayonnaise for the yogurt dressing.

  • If you're not fond of dill pickles you may substitute sweet relish or omit it.

  • Get creative! Serve in lettuce cups for a tasty, low-carb lunch!
