Hello Jenny Bars

  • 2 cups dark chocolate chips

  • 1 1/2 cups pretzels, lightly crumbled

  • 3 cups dark chocolate wafers

  • 1 1/2 sticks butter, melted

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 2/3 cup sweetened coconut

  • 3/4 chopped pecans

  • 1 14oz can sweetened condensed milk

  • Turbinado sugar , for topping

  • Flaky salt, for topping

  1. Preheat oven 350 degrees.

  2. Using a food processor, pulse your chocolate wafers to a sand like consistency. You may have to do this in two batches depending on how big your food processor is.

  3. Add melted butter and salt.

  4. Remove wafer crust mixture and place in 9x13 sprayed pan. Spread evenly.

  5. Next layer 1/2 pretzels.

  6. Next layer 1/2 cup pecans.

  7. Next layer with coconut.

  8. Next sprinkle chocolate chips.

  9. Layer the remaining pretzels.

  10. Pour condensed milk over the top evenly.

  11. Top with 1/4 cup pecans.

  12. Sprinkle top with turbinado sugar and flaky salt.

  13. Bake in oven for 25 mins or until condensed milk is set.

  14. Let cool for 30 mins.

  15. Put in fridge to set.

  16. Cut into pieces and serve.


Notes/Quick Tips:

  • Any of these ingredients are interchangeable minus the condensed milk. Make these bars your own.

  • If you don’t have turbinado sugar, you can use any sugar on hand.

  • Don’t like pecans? Use walnuts or almonds.

  • You can use any type of chocolate for this as well.
