Ingredients:
2 Cups - Greek Yogurt
2 TBSP - Avocado Oil
3 TBSP - Apple Cider Vinegar
2 TBSP - Dijon Mustard
Salt & Pepper, to taste
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
Serve and enjoy!
Tips:
This is a great substitute for mayonnaise.
You may add a little stevia if you like it somewhat sweeter.
If you don't have avocado oil, you may use olive oil or just add a little extra yogurt.
