Ingredients:
2 Lbs - Frozen Meatballs
1/4 Cup - Honey
1/4 Cup - Sriracha (or Red Hot Sauce)
1/4 Cup - Apricot Preserves
1/4 Cup - Chicken Stock (or Water)
1 Tsp - Mustard
Preparation:
Add meatballs to instant pot (see below for other methods).
In a bowl, mix together honey, sriracha, preserves, and mustard.
Pour over meatballs and stir to coat.
Add stock or water, place lid on, close vent, and set timer for 15 minutes.
When finished, quick release pressure.
Serve and enjoy!
Tips:
If you want to use a crock pot or slow cooker, omit the stock or water and place on low heat for hours.
Get creative! Serve as is or use Hawaiian sweet rolls to make mini sliders!
