Ingredients:
1-1/2 Cups - Shredded Mozzarella, low moisture
¾ Cup - Almond Flour
¼ Cup - Cream Cheese
1 - Egg
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 425º.
Combine mozzarella, almond flour, and cream cheese in a microwave safe bowl.
Microwave on high for 90 seconds, stirring halfway through.
Mix until slightly cooled, then add egg and mix until combined.
Place dough on a parchment lined baking sheet.
Use a piece of parchment paper on top to evenly press out dough.
Discard top parchment paper and pierce dough several times with fork.
Bake for 7-10 minutes until lightly browned.
Remove from oven and add sauce and your favorite toppings.
Return to oven for 2-3 minutes until cheese is melted.
Slice and enjoy!
Tips:
Add dried herbs to cheese and flour mixture (Italian seasoning or oregano and garlic powder) after removing from microwave for added flavor.
