Layered Bean Dip

Ingredients:

  • 2 - 15 oz Can - Refried Beans

  • 3 Avocados

  • 3/4 Cup - Pico De Gallo

  • 2 TBS - Lime Juice

  • ½ Tsp - Salt

  • 4 oz - Cream Cheese

  • 1 Cup - Greek Yogurt

  • 3 TBS - Taco Seasoning

  • 1 Cup - Shredded Cheese

  • ½ Cup - Sliced Black Olives

  • 2 Cups - Grape Tomatoes

Preparation:

  1. Place refried beans in bottom of 12x18 pan.

  2. Scoop out avocados, mix with pico de gallo, lime juice, and salt. Layer on top of beans.

  3. Mix cream cheese, greek yogurt, and taco seasoning. Layer on top of avocado mixture.

  4. Cut tomatoes in half. Place on top of cream cheese mixture.

  5. Top with cheese and olives.

  6. Serve and enjoy!

Tips:

  • Replace fresh avocados, pico de gallo, lime juice, and salt with store bought guacamole.

  • Get creative! Make a festive, patriotic dish by placing olives in the top left corner, then alternating strips of tomatoes and cheese to make a flag. You can make any other festive decoration by using a festive shaped pan and decorating as desired. The possibilities are endless!
