Mango Salsa

Cooking Cousins

Ingredients:

  • 2 Each - Mangos

  • 1/2 Each - Red Onion

  • 2 Each - Kiwi

  • 1 Each - Jalapeño

  • 1 Each - Red Pepper

  • 1 Each - Avocado

  • 1 Each - Tomato

  • 1 Each - Lime

  • 1 Handful - Cilantro

  • Salt & Pepper, to taste

Preparation:

  1. Peel and chop or dice mangos, red onion, kiwi, jalapeño, red pepper, avocado, and tomato.

  2. Place in a bowl and add the juice of the lime.

  3. Add chopped cilantro and stir to combine.

  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  5. Serve and enjoy!

Tips:

  • Be gentle when stirring as to not smush the ingredients together.

  • Get creative! Serve with chips or over our Chipotle Salmon Burgers!
