
Ingredients:
2 Each - Mangos
1/2 Each - Red Onion
2 Each - Kiwi
1 Each - Jalapeño
1 Each - Red Pepper
1 Each - Avocado
1 Each - Tomato
1 Each - Lime
1 Handful - Cilantro
Salt & Pepper, to taste
Preparation:
Peel and chop or dice mangos, red onion, kiwi, jalapeño, red pepper, avocado, and tomato.
Place in a bowl and add the juice of the lime.
Add chopped cilantro and stir to combine.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve and enjoy!
Tips:
Be gentle when stirring as to not smush the ingredients together.
