Ingredients:
1 Each - Pear, peeled and cored
1/2 Cup - Ginger ale
1 Clove - Garlic
2 Tsp - Dijon Mustard
1/4 Cup - White Wine Vinegar
1/2 Cup - Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper, to taste
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor.
Serve and enjoy!
Tips:
Substitute ginger ale with apple juice, white grape juice, or white wine.
Substitute white wine vinegar with apple cider vinegar or champagne vinegar.
