Pear Dressing

Cooking Cousins

Ingredients:

  • 1 Each - Pear, peeled and cored

  • 1/2 Cup - Ginger ale

  • 1 Clove - Garlic

  • 2 Tsp - Dijon Mustard

  • 1/4 Cup - White Wine Vinegar

  • 1/2 Cup - Olive Oil

  • Salt & Pepper, to taste

Preparation:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor.

  2. Serve and enjoy!

Tips:

  • Substitute ginger ale with apple juice, white grape juice, or white wine.

  • Substitute white wine vinegar with apple cider vinegar or champagne vinegar.
