Ingredients:
4-6 bone in pork chops
3 tsp garlic, minced
1 tbsp syrup
1/4 cup oil
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp parsley
1 tsp ginger powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt & pepper to taste
1-2 tbsp water, if needed
2 tbsp oil to cook pork chops
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Make sauce: add garlic, syrup, oil, soy sauce and spices to medium bowl and whisk together. Taste and add water if too salty. Set aside.
Sprinkle salt & pepper on each side of the pork chops.
In a large sauce pan, add oil.
Brown pork chops on each side for about 2-3 mins.
In a 9 x 13 dish, place browned pork chops and top with sauce. Cover dish with foil and place in oven.
Cook pork chops for 30-45 mins or until internal temp reaches 145 degrees. *This will also depend on the thickness of the pork chop.
Serve with rice and Enjoy!
Tips:
Bone-in has better flavor but you can definitely use boneless pork chops as well.
