Ingredients:
1-3/4 Cups - Instant Potato Flakes
1-1/2 Cups - Dry Milk Powder
3 Tsp - Ground Bouillon (Chicken or Veggie)
2 Tsp - Dried Minced Onion
1/2 Tsp - Celery Salt
1/4 Tsp - Ground Pepper
1/4 Tsp - Dried Thyme
1 TBSP - Dried Parsley
1 TBSP - Dried Chives
Preparation:
Mix all ingredients in a food processor or blender until super fine.
Store in an airtight container.
To serve, add 1 cup of water to 1/4 cup of mix to a bowl. Stir and microwave 2 minutes or until hot. Soup will thicken after it is heated.
Tips:
Get creative! Add some minced, canned clams for a quick New England Clam Chowder!
