Potato Soup Mix


Ingredients:

  • 1-3/4 Cups - Instant Potato Flakes

  • 1-1/2 Cups - Dry Milk Powder

  • 3 Tsp - Ground Bouillon (Chicken or Veggie)

  • 2 Tsp - Dried Minced Onion

  • 1/2 Tsp - Celery Salt

  • 1/4 Tsp - Ground Pepper

  • 1/4 Tsp - Dried Thyme

  • 1 TBSP - Dried Parsley

  • 1 TBSP - Dried Chives

Preparation:

  1. Mix all ingredients in a food processor or blender until super fine.

  2. Store in an airtight container.

  3. To serve, add 1 cup of water to 1/4 cup of mix to a bowl. Stir and microwave 2 minutes or until hot. Soup will thicken after it is heated.

Tips:

  • Get creative! Add some minced, canned clams for a quick New England Clam Chowder!
