Ingredients:
Pears (any kind)
Mascarpone Cheese
Prosciutto
Olive Oil
Balsamic Glaze
Honey
Pine Nuts
Preparation:
Slice pears into wedges.
Top with about a teaspoon of mascarpone cheese.
Slice prosciutto into strips and wrap pears.
Drizzle with either olive oil and balsamic vinegar or honey and pine nuts.
Serve and enjoy!

Get creative! Use goat cheese, blue cheese, or any other kind of soft spreadable cheese.
