Ingredients:
2 pork tenderloins
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp dried rosemary
1 tbsp minced garlic
1/4 cup honey
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp stone ground mustard
Salt & pepper to taste
1 tbsp olive oil for pan
1 tbsp olive oil for sauce
Preparation:
Preheat oven 375 degrees.
In a bowl, combine all ingredients except for salt, pepper and oil for the pan. Set aside.
Remove tenderloins from package and season with salt & pepper on each side.
Heat large pan on medium high. Add oil.
Brown tenderloins on each side. *Only a few minutes on each side, set aside.
Place tenderloins on a greased 9X13 or sheet pan.
Using a brush, spread mixture over pork tenderloins (make sure to mix again right before spreading)
Place in oven for 15 mins then remove.
Add foil on top so the pork doesn’t burn. Return to the oven and continue to cook for 15 mins or until internal temp reaches 145 degrees.
Remove from oven and let tenderloins rest for 10 mins before slicing.
Enjoy!
