Sausage Gravy

  • 1lb pork sausage (Natural Jimmy Dean is best)

  • 2 cups of milk

  • 1/4 cup flour

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp pepper

  1. Brown sausage on medium high.

  2. Coat cooked sausage with flour.

  3. Add milk, salt & pepper and bring to a boil.

  4. Stir and turn your gravy to low.

  5. Enjoy on top homemade biscuits or your favorite Pillsbury biscuit

Notes/Quick Tips:

- You can add a few different seasonings to give it a twist! Italian herbs, some paprika (for a nice color), or onion powder!

- You can also use turkey sausage. Just make sure you add some oil to the pan before browning your turkey. Turkey isn't greasy like pork is.
