1lb green beans
1/2lb mushrooms, diced
2 tsp chili garlic paste
3 green onions, diced
1 1/2 tbsp garlic, diced
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1/4 cup water
1 tsp sugar
2 tbsp oil
Heat oiled pan on medium high.
Add green beans and cook for 3 mins then add mushrooms. Cook for an additional 3 mins.
Add garlic, green onions & chili paste and stir.
Add soy sauce, vinegar, sugar and water. Cook for a minute or so.

Notes/Quick Tips:
If you want to tone down the spice you can add 1 tsp chili garlic paste. If you want to add spice, you can put in crushed red peppers.
If you don’t like mushrooms, you can leave them out or add any other veggie, i.e. asparagus etc.
