Ingredients:
4 TBSP - Butter
2/3 Cup - Vodka
1 Tsp - Red Pepper Flakes
1 (28 oz) Can - Crushed Tomatoes
1 Cup - Heavy Cream
1/4 Cup - Grated Parmigiano Reggiano
1 TBSP - Basil
Salt
Preparation:
Melt butter over medium high heat.
Add vodka and red pepper flakes. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
Add crushed tomatoes and stir to combine.
Lower heat and bring to a simmer for about 5 minutes.
Stir in heavy cream and basil.
Once combined, add cheese. Stir until cheese is melted.
Serve and enjoy!
Tips:
Use your favorite noodle with this sauce. One with ridges such as rigatoni are best to hold all the yummy sauce.
Get creative! Serve over zucchini noodles for a low carb option. Add some grilled chicken and pan roasted broccoli for a delicious meal!
