Sweet Potato Fries

- 1 large sweet potato - 1 teaspoon salt - 1 teaspoon paprika - 1 teaspoon garlic powder - 1 teaspoon onion powder - Oil (vegetable oil, canola oil, peanut oil or grape see oil) if frying. - Olive oil spray if baking or air fryer.


Frying: 1. Heat oil to 350. (you can use a fryer or a pan on the stove) 2. Combine spices in a large bowl. 3. Peel and cut your sweet potato into pieces (similar pieces) 4. Place fries in oil and cook until slightly brown. 5. Place fries on paper towel to drain. 6. Place fries back in oil to fry for a second time. 7. Remove fries to paper towel for a second time. 8. Place fries in bowl with seasonings and enjoy!

Baked: 1. Preheat oven to 400. 2. Peel and cut your sweet potato into pieces (similar pieces) 3. Place pieces into bowl. Add oil and seasonings. Toss to combine. 4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place each fry individually in a rows until you fill the baking sheet. 5. Bake fries for 25-30 mins, flipping halfway through. They should look brown and cooked through. (tips might look dark as well) Air Fryer (my recommendation)

1. Peel and cut your sweet potato into pieces (similar pieces) 2. Put fries in a large bowl with oil and seasoning. Toss to combine. 3. Turn on air fryer heating at 370 pushing the fry button. 4. Put timer on for 15-20 mins. Pour half the batch in the basket and put in to air fryer. Check it every 5 mins and stir around using tongs. They should look brown and cooked through. (tips might look dark as well) 5. Repeat steps for the rest of the batch.

Notes/Quick Tips: - To make your fries crispier, you can add cornstarch to them. If frying, you would add before you put in the oil. If baking or air frying, you can add in with seasoning. -I would recommend using the air fryer because it’s the fastest and easiest. -You can use different seasonings whatever you want!
