Tropical Smoothie

This recipe is for 2...or 2 1/2. Charlotte had her first smoothie today!


Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup - Almond Milk

  • 1 Cup - Orange Juice

  • 1 Cup - Spinach, packed (a big handful)

  • 1-1/2 Cups - Frozen Strawberries

  • 1 Cup - Mango

  • 1 Each - Frozen Banana (not pictured) *I added it after

Preparation:

  1. Add all ingredients to blender and mix.

  2. Serve and enjoy!

Tips:

  • If you have a magic bullet or something smaller, you can start with a little at a time and do half the recipe.

  • When I freeze my strawberries, I leave the tips on for added nutrition, but you don’t have to do that.

  • You can also add chia seeds or flax seeds. I didn’t have any at the moment so I just made it without them.
